LABELS SERVICE
Get all of your SDS emailed to you in a single PDF and stored in the Documents section of your software. All you do is print out the single PDF to insert into your OSHA binder. Never worry if you have all the updated sheets, we’ll manage them for you. This is a custom, hand-performed service by our staff to ensure attention to detail and accuracy. As you add or use new products, you will receive an updated file with notes regarding new pages. And then each year at renewal we find all new SDS to ensure the latest versions are available in your file.
Ensuring you have a label for every product you apply is required in nearly every state and country. Some locations and states now require the physical copy of the label on every rig you go out with to spray. Why worry if you have all the latest labels you are spraying? Have them all together to store on each piece of equipment with our service. All delivered in a single file to you from us just like the SDS Service.

PULA BULLETIN SERVICE
This is a newer requirement the EPA has enacted for Endangered Species and pesticide applications, called a Pesticide Use Limitation Area or PULA.
The burden to pesticide applicators is this: New bulletin files, in addition to the label, must be looked up and adhered to if in a PULA. You must be able to provide evidence that you obtained a Bulletin if requested during a compliance inspection or investigation, regardless of whether your application was in a PULA or not.
Restrictions are different based on the time of year, so it must be checked for each month an application is set to be applied and recorded. The EPA has started with Herbicides, but PULAs will be coming for all pesticide Active Ingredients over the next few years. Meaning - even if you aren't in one now you could be next month or next year so you must check every month to be safe.

HOW we make it easy
We've built PULA Bulletins into our software to be easy to upload and reference. With our custom PULA Service though, you never have to worry about checking for one on your end. They will be generated for you each month by us, and attach to any log you record automatically. No work required by you at all.
If you do happen to use a product that has a PULA, you will be alerted on the log and directed to the bulletin to find mitigation requirements. It will also highlight yellow in your inventory list and a link to the Bulletin will be under Documents.
PULA Bulletins Service makes this requirement painless and ensures you are compliant, it's a must-have for all licensed applicators.
